Albert Pinya and Frank Nitsche are the protagonists at the Galería Pelaires for the fourteenth Art Palma Brunch, organised by the Association d’Art Contemporani (Association of Contemporary Art), Palma. 11am next Saturday will see the opening of the exhibitions “Panta Rei – Towards a new paradigm” and “Palmaphony”, in which both the Majorcan and German artists take part.
The director of Pelaires, Frederic Pinya, explains that, “both exhibitions are very special for us, for different reasons. In the case of Albert Pinya, it’s been almost 10 years since he last exhibited in his home town. Expectations are high to see how his work has evolved, as it is clearly in constant change and indeed moving towards a new paradigm”. “As for Nitsche,” he adds, “it is his first solo exhibition with us. We have exhibited his work at MACO and ARCO, he is an artist that we have followed for a long time and we are convinced that his work is going to be liked by everyone who comes to the Gallery to see the exhibition.”
